KOMAR AND MELAMID: SYMBOLS OF THE BIG BANG

DESCRIPTION: This exhibition consisted of prints and paintings by Vitaly Komar and Alex Melamid from a project initially exhibited at the Yeshiva University Museum: Center for Jewish History, in New York. The original exhibition consisted of almost one hundred works. The works displayed here, selected from that larger number, explore the Star of David, the Magen David, as a visual and metaphorical symbol.
